"/etc/apt/sources.list" for linuxmint 15 mate ??

why fresh installation gives me only one single line in the sources.list file, and commented?

got the following after searching;  note that apt-get update got some duplicated sites errors... does it have anything to do with the sources.list.d ??!!  too sleepy, look into it another day.
