c++ pointers now 8-bytes on xubuntu 64-bit
Microsoft's WPARAM is still 16-bit, and DPARAM is still 32-bit.
But sizeof(void*) is now 64-bit meaning that no longer storable into a long integer.
Revising some old codes...
